recipe: clean eating 3 egg omelet

3 egg omelette



oil or butter to keep food from sticking to pan
1. 3 eggs
2. 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
3. 1/4 cup chopped onions
4. 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
5. sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese opt. for meat eaters 1/2 cup chopped meat

Cook it

1. Lightly Saute veggies in oil or butter (note: do not use more than 1 tablespoon of butter).
2.mix 3 eggs in a bowl and pour into oiled pan. Cook until bubbles form. Sprinkle cheese and let melt.
3. Add veggies & fold over.
4. Add favorite toppings & enjoy!
